After breakfast, you’ll head to Tarangire National Park, a sanctuary known for its towering baobab trees and vast herds of elephants. Enjoy a full-day game drive with picnic lunch as you explore the park’s river valleys and grassy savannahs, home to lions, giraffes, wildebeest, and over 500 bird species. Overnight in a lodge near the park.
Today you travel to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife havens. Descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for an unforgettable game drive in a self-contained ecosystem teeming with wildlife—including rhinos, buffalo, lions, and flamingos around the soda lake. After a picnic lunch inside the crater, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park, driving through highland forests and expansive plains. Along the way, you may visit a Maasai village or the Olduvai Gorge. Once inside the Serengeti, enjoy an afternoon game drive en route to your lodge or tented camp, surrounded by the endless grasslands and wildlife of the central Serengeti.
Spend the entire day exploring the Serengeti’s diverse habitats in search of Africa’s Big Five. Your expert guide will help track lions, leopards, elephants, buffalos, and rhinos, as well as cheetahs and large herds of wildebeest and zebras. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush before continuing your game drive. Return to camp in the evening for dinner and a night under the stars.
After a morning game drive and breakfast, you’ll transfer to the airstrip for your flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival on the island, you’ll be met and transferred to your beachfront resort. Spend the rest of the day relaxing on the white sand beaches or swimming in the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean.
Enjoy a full day at your leisure. You can choose to relax at the resort, indulge in a spa treatment, or take part in optional water activities like snorkeling, scuba diving, or kayaking. Sunset on the beach completes the perfect day.
This day can be dedicated to exploring Zanzibar’s rich cultural heritage. Take an optional guided tour of Stone Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site, with its narrow alleys, historic mosques, and vibrant markets. You may also visit a spice plantation to learn about Zanzibar’s famous cloves, nutmeg, and vanilla.
Another day to soak in the beach atmosphere or engage in marine excursions. Consider a traditional dhow sailing trip, a visit to Prison Island to see the giant tortoises, or snorkeling in the Mnemba Atoll. Return to your resort for a farewell beachside dinner.
