Your adventure begins with a morning transfer to Arusha Airport, where you will board a scenic flight to the Serengeti. Upon landing, your professional safari guide will welcome you at the airstrip with a safari-ready 4x4 vehicle. After a short briefing, you’ll begin your first game drive through the heart of the Serengeti, where vast plains stretch to the horizon and wildlife roams freely. You’ll spot elephants, giraffes, zebras, and, if lucky, the famous big cats of the region. In the late afternoon, you’ll arrive at your luxury lodge or tented camp, where you can relax and enjoy dinner under the stars.

Before dawn, you’ll be escorted to the launch site for your hot air balloon ride. As the sun rises over the Serengeti, you’ll float above the savannah, witnessing wildlife from a unique and magical perspective. After landing, you’ll be treated to a champagne breakfast in the bush. The rest of the day is spent on game drives across the Serengeti, exploring different ecosystems and following the movements of the wildlife. You may witness a lion hunt, spot a cheetah on the prowl, or admire a herd of wildebeest crossing the plains. In the evening, return to your camp or lodge for another night of comfort and relaxation.

The Palace of Fifty five Windows: This magnificent palace was built during the reign of King Yakshya Malla in A.D. 1427 and was subsequently remodeled by King Bhupatindra Malla in the seventeenth century. Among the brick walls with their gracious setting and sculptural design, is a balcony with Fifty five Windows, considered to be a unique masterpiece of woodcarving.

Enjoy an early morning game drive, the best time to see predators as they finish their nightly activities. After breakfast back at camp, you’ll pack up and transfer to the airstrip for your return flight to Arusha. Upon arrival, a Gama Travel and Tours representative will greet you and assist with your onward travel plans or transfer you to your hotel.
